Upkeeping of Non Allotted rooms, staircase, Open space inside the building in neat and tidy conditions as required by the department, cleaning of all toilets, basins, tiles, floors and windows, ventilators, doors, shutters, railing etc. with wet and then with dry cloth, washing the corridors, lift cabin, portico with water wash once in a week, sweeping/wiping the floors and disposing the debris/rubbish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labour, T&P, chemicals, detergents, phenyl, acid, hand wash etc., sweeping, materials etc complete. (By deploying daily minimum 3 Nos. unskilled labours every day except Sunday and Public Holidays)

Conservancy and cleaning of roads, open space by sweeping the road, removing the collected waste, silt, debris, grass vegetation growth, roots of trees and all other solid waste materials etc. from the road and drain by disposing off with a lead of 500mts and maintaining the road and drain in clean condition throughout the year including cost and conveyance of all materials, tools and plants, labour etc. complete as directed by the Department. (By deploying daily minimum of 1 no. of unskilled labour every day except Sunday and Public Holidays)
