Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story heights made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. DSR 2023-24 Code No. 14.72 (M2)

Provision for Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per the instruction of site incharge. (As per DSR 2023-24 Code 2.31) [M2].

Filling of depression with natural boulders and gravel layer by layer including watering and consolidation including cost of labour and materials up to height 9.40 meters head load manually etc. complete [M3].

Water tightening the top of bastion to avoid percolating /intruding rain water which may cause damage to the bastion by laying lime concrete using 20 mm well graded brick aggregates, brick surkhi and unslaked lime in 1:2:4 proportion including compacting, ramming and beating the surface using wooden beaters till surface becomes hard and finishing the surface smoothly etc all complete including cost of men, materials and applicable taxes.

Pointing with lime mortar 1:2 proportion (50% sand and 50% surkhi as coarse aggregate and lime as binder).
