RCC Pedestals (M25): Casting reinforced cement concrete pedestals (approx. 0.6×0.6×0.9 m each) with proper vibration and curing; concrete as per IS 456; includes formwork and finishing.

PCC Blinding (M10): Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) for levelling base (approx. 0.6×0.6×0.10 m per pedestal); curing included.

Reinforcement Steel (Fe500): Cutting, bending, and placing reinforcement bars for pedestals; binding wire included; test certificates as per IS 1786.

Anchor Bolt Assemblies: Supply and fixing of anchor bolts (Grade 8.8) per IS 1367 with nuts and washers; includes template setting, drilling, and torque testing

Backfilling & Compaction: Backfilling around pedestals with excavated soil in layers; watering and compaction included; making good the surface.

Vertical Posts: Fabrication and erection of mild steel tubular posts (RHS/CHS sections per IS 1161/IS 4923, IS 2062 grade), with welded base plates and gussets; hot-dip galvanized per IS 4759; includes drilling, alignment, and fixing with anchor bolts.Specification: CHS Ø 114.3 mm × 5 mm thick

Rafters/Purlins: RHS sections spanning wall to outer beam (sizes per design); includes wall cleats and outer beam cleats; galvanized per IS 4759.Specifications:Curved Rafters: CHS Ø 76 mm × 4 mm thick. Purlins: CHS Ø 48.3 mm × 3 mm thick.

PVC/PVDF Tensile Membrane:Supply and installation of PVC-coated polyester tensile membrane (minimum 700–850 GSM, FR grade, PVDF topcoat) including patterning, high-frequency welding, edge reinforcement, corner patches, and tensioning.
