Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer 1:3:6 and richer mix.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing specified wood frame work consisting of battens 75x38 mm fixed with rawl plug and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc, including priming coat complete: KD Wood

P/F of Marine ply wood 8mm thick including cost of screws and nails including all carriages complete job.(frame work to be paid for separately)

Providing 0.50 mm thick Coloured High Rib G. S. sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with 55 mm HP Screws or polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers.

Providing and fixing plain, square edged wooden beading 65x12 mm section with screws of approved quality for ceiling first class kail wood

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length KD Wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including tower bolts, handle , Lock and Latch Etc. including primer coat all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
