Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any staff as per T & C of contract.5.The Estimated Rates are inclusive of GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes as applicable & Freight Charges (Unloading & Stacking) etc., the contractor shall quote accordingly.6.The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit.7.The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services.8. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc.9.
