Fabrication, erection and fixing of cable trays and supporting structures of different dimensions using MS angles, channels, flats etc. of different sizes at various locations of Petro main plants. The work includes dismantling the existing damaged cable trays and supporting structures andfixing new trays/ structures by welding/ grouting to steel structures/ pillars/ walls etc. as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge.MS structural materials, electric power for welding and cutting and lifting/transport facilities such as cranes, forklifts, trailers, etc., subject to availability, shall be provided by FACT free of cost. All other tools, tackles, consumables, manpower,safety equipment and materials required for execution of the work shall be arranged by the contractor.Disposal of dismantled materials and scrap shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The vendorscope shall alsoinclude: 1. Surface preparation: New MS structural materials shall be mechanically cleaned, including manual chipping and wire brushing to remove rust, mill scale, and contaminants, ensuring a clean, dry surface for coating. 2.Primer coating:Painting two coats (in two different colours) of surface tolerant self priming high buildepoxyprimer \"Protectomastic\" of Berger paints or equivalent approved quality of epoxy priming coat with minimum volume of solid of 80% on new steel structural work, after cleaning the surface, at all heights. Supply of paint, labour, scaffolding charges etc. shall be under vendor scope.3.Finish coating:Painting two coats (in two different colours) of finished paint with Acrylic Aliphatic Polyurathane coating, \"BR PU High Gloss Enamel\"of Berger paints or equivalent approved quality of PU finish paint with minimum volume of solid of 52% over steel structure (already applied with two coats of primer) at all heights. Supply of paint,labour,scaffolding charges etc. shall be under vendor scope.
