| 1 | Supplying, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of ISI marked outdoor type distribution transformer of 315 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound step down enrgy saving ( level 2) floor mounted complete with first fillingISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group DYN -11 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note - (i) The ambient temprature shall be 48 degree Centigrade when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run . (ii) The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and conforming to IS:335 of 1993 for oil and IS: 1180 Part -I of 2014 for transformer and comprising of followings:- (i) Oil conservator with oil filling hole cap and drain plug. (ii) 01 No of prismatic oil level gauge mounted on conservator wall with first fill of charge upto maximum level. (iii) Silica gel dehydrating breather with oil seal and with first fill of charge. (iv) Pressure release valve with automatic resetting arrangement after release of pressure- 01 Set. (v) Adequate No of thermometer pocket including one thermometer. (vi) Top oil filter valve. (vii) Bottom oil filter cum drain valve. (viii) Rating diagram and terminal marking plate.(ix) Earthing terminal - 02 Nos. (x) Lifting lugs - 01 Set. (x) Jacking pads - 01 Set. (xi) Under carriage with 4 Nos of plain rollers. (xii) Air release plug on main transformer tank. (xiii) Adequate Nos of cooling radiators. (xiv) 100 mm dial type oil temperature indicator with maximum read pointer and resetting device. (xv) 100mm dial type winding temperature indicator with maximum read pointer resetting device. (xvi) Air insulated cables box on HV and LV side. (xvii) Buchholz Relay (having Contacts for Alarm & Trip). (xviii) OTI (having Contacts for Alarm & Trip). (xix) WTI (having Contacts for Alarm & Trip). (xx) Marshalling Box (having TTB Only).Note : (i) PCC foundation of adequate /required size extending 500mm all round more than size of Transformer, as per manufacturer design shall be included in quoted Rate. (ii) Prior to manufacture the contractor shall get the general arrangement, drawing and design details of the Transformer from GE.(iii) After installation of Transformerat site , the pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by SEI/EI / Rep of Accepting Officer and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |
