Filling in foundatin and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, T&P, royality etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6)with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost, conveyance, T&P, royality etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) including cost, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in out side face for brick walls after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth surface brick walls after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather coat over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, T&p required for the work complete.

Painting two coats with approved paint on new work over one coat Priming with any appproved Primer including cost, carriage, royality, T&P etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
