Remove algae, mold by using bleach solution or biowash etc complete all as specified & directed. |
| 2 | M&L for repair of All visible hairline cracks on concrete roof / screed more than 0.50 mm and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widen in V shape with mechanical cutter in the size (10mm W x 6mm D). Fill cracks withPU sealant / Hybrid Sealant with suitable gun and smoothed with a putty knife or trowel. Allow sealant to cure a minimum (72 Hrs.) 3 days etc complete all as specified & director. |
| 3 | M&L for Remove loose and damaged concrete roof screed in pockets with mechanical cutter. Clean the concrete screed with high pressure water jet to remove dirt and loose particles. Brush apply a bond coat ofPidicrete URP mix in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume to make it lump free slurry when applied on in the pre wet surface. Laid to fall roof screed in correct slope and gradient. Mix Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement in concrete in ratio of 1(cement) :1.5 (sand):3(12.5 mm aggregate) & avg thickness of concrete and finish with trowel. Moist cure should be done for 7 days. Air cure screed for 7 days, before application of roof top coat coating system etc complete all as specified & directed. |
| 4 | M&L for Apply one coat ofCipoxy 16D primer in the ratio 1:1 spreading at the rate of 0.200 kg-0.250 kg /sqm in complete dry condition where moisture contain below 7% (should be checked with moisture meter)Allow the primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Apply 1st coat ofRoofseal Classic without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/Sq.mt/Coat until all surface is covered. Lay a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4 to 6 hours. Apply the second of chemical with the same application coverage, but in a direction perpendicular to that of the first and second coats. Allow each coat to air cure for a minimum of 4-6 hours after application. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated.Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum etc complete all as specified & directed. |
