Touch-up by using wall putty with silicon additives followed by application of one coat of truecare exterior primeron walls and Chajjasand applying two coats of modified acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon having anti-algal and Dust pickup resistance properties, Material should be applied (Dilution, Recoating period etc) as per manufacturer instructions by using fully automatic air less spray machine having flow speed of minimum 1ltr per minute and pressure of 3300 PSI complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander ( having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application. |
| 3 | M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after applying the putty, to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes.(ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint. |

This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
