The service provider shall be responsible for development, upgradation, maintenance of Anti Ragging Helpline which consists of a website/web portal/CRM/Telephony Integration along with Source Code of Website/Web portal and CRM as mentioned in the tender document including following -

A. Providing and maintaining all IT infrastructure—including hardware, software, cloud services, and the upkeep of the existing UGC infrastructure as specified in the tender document.B. All components required to ensure the functionality of the Anti-Ragging helpline shall fall under the vendor’s scope of responsibility.
