| 2 | Supply, Erection, termination and connection / servicing of Horizontal double door 4 way, Three phase 415 VoltsMCB Lighting DB, having the following specifications: 1) 40 A Four pole isolator - 1 No. 2) 40 A Four pole RCCB with sensitivity of 30mA -1No.3) 6 A single pole B type MCB- 8 Nos.4) 16 A single pole B type MCB - 4 Nos.Any remaining module spaces should be covered by dummy plates. DB shall be mounted on suitable MS angle frame (25 x 25x 6). The frame shall be applied with one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of epoxy finish paint and properly fixed on wall by the contractor. The incoming and outgoing cables including earth wires in DB shall be glanded / terminated and connected using suitable cable lugs /clamps /ties. All Required structural items, DB with Four Pole Isolator/RCCB/MCBs, flexible glands, suitable pvc pipes etc, shall be in the scope of the contractor. | 4 | Open pipe Point wiring with individual control For light/Fan/Bell/Stair caselights/6 A modular plug sockets separately mounted for TV points/Modular switches, using Flexible copper cables 1.5 sqmm for control and neutral connection. Throughpvc conduits of size not less than 20 mm using metal saddles with spacing not exceed 50 cm as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT Engineer in Charge. The work shall include wiring along roof / beam/column/ceiling using clamps and drawing wires as required, preparation and fixing of modular switch boards,switches, cover plates, dummy plates, Etc fixing of ceiling roses on suitable junction boxes, modular step type regulators for fan, drawing of 1.5 sq mm earth wires of flexible copper wire of green color for body earthing of metal clad items, connecting, testing and commissioning; for wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as one and half point.All the materials for this Work shall be in the Scope of the contractor (Selection of the switch boards in rooms shall be in the form of requirements to particular room for fans / lights /sockets etc. Supply to Switchbox from DB are considered as a Point, Also in case of any two way control of equipment is donealso considered as two point). | 6 | Supply and installation of BLDC ceiling fans (1200mm) regulator type. Supply of all materials required for the work shall under the scope of the contractor. The specifications of the ceiling fan is such that its service value should be higher than 5.5 CMM/Watts. (Refer BEE Guide Line For service value and Star Ratings). Approved Make :- Luker /Crompton / Usha / Orient. |
| 7 | Supply, fabrication and installation of extensible downrod for ceiling fan of length 700 mm and dia of inner 12 mm using suitable MS pipe of gauge 14. The downrod shall be painted with the same colour as that of supplied ceiling fan. |
| 8 | Supply and Installation of of 20 W LED tube fittings with required clamps/fastners. All materials such as LED Fittings, clamps and fastners, etc.requiredfor this work are in the scope of the contractor.Light output shall be white in colour.Approved Make : Luker /Havells /Philips/Syska. |
| 9 | Erection of earth electrodes, earth cable laying 2 runs of 1 x 16 sq.mm Aluminium PVC cable,from earthing pit to corresponding3 phase/ single phase DB, clamping, connection and commissioning of maintenance free copper bonded earthing systems of DB-at suitable locations.Installation of earthing system as per the specified condition mentioned above and supply of all required materials for this work such as maintenancefree copper bonded earthing system approved by Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate, comprising of 3 m long, dia not less than 17 mm earth electrode of low carbon steel with 250 micron copper bonding on outer surface with associated items like environment friendly carbon based back fill compound, hardware, clamps, binding wires, connection lugs, anticorrosive paint, bituman, Sand, cement, Bricks and required length of 1 x 16 sq.mmflexible Al PVC cable etc as required for this work shall be in the scope of the contractor. |
