| 1 | Cleaning and maintenance of toilets blocks at DDA Community Hall/Pandal by deploying required EnvironmentAssistant per day {as specified in 1(a),1(b), 1(c), 1(d), 1(e) & 1(f) } including cleaning of wall tiles, floor, sanitary fittings and fixtures i.e. Urinals, WC Pans, floor traps, manhole chambers, gully trap, Drains, window panes, wash basins, taps, mirror, overhead water tank, roof, etc., complete with brooming, mopping, disinfecting of floors by using of all equipments required such as brooms, kolchies, wipers, duster, khapachhi etc and toiletries like detergent powder, Phenyle, naphthalene balls, acid etc with all T & P to keep the toilet neat & clean as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for the community hall/Pandal given below:-a). | 16 | Apply GST correction factor @ 0.973Conditions: - 1. The agency must deploy requisite Nos. of Environment Assistant and Plumber (Grade-I) in proper uniform at the work site. In case of absence of any EA or Plumber from duty, an amount of ₹ 1500/- per EA or Plumber per day will be recovered from the contractor\"s bill.2. All T&P with material shall be arranged by the contractor and shall have to bring in advance for at least on month\"s requirement as per approved brand/instructions by the Engineer-in-charge.3. In case the specified Community Halls/Pandal are not sweeped and cleaned to the satisfaction of theEngineer-in-charge, a token penalty of ₹ 5000/- (₹ Five Thousand only) per day per Community Halls/Pandal shall be imposed and deducted from contractor\"s bill.4. In case any Challan from MCD/NGT/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be solely borne by the agency.5. The agency will have to submit the proof of depositing Environment Assistant and Plumber\"s contribution towards PF/ESI every month.6. The agency will deploy sufficient no of rickshaw or mechanical carrier for disposal of garbage/refuse, malba, rubbish etc. collected after sweeping upto the designated site of disposal failing which a token penalty of₹ 2000/- per day shall be imposed.7. Wages/dues to every Environment Assistant and Plumber shall be paid in compliance of minimum wages for each category as notified from time to time by GNCTD or Govt. of India whichever is higher. The same will be paid directly by the contractor to every Environmental Assistant and Plumber through bank ECS or online transfer to his bank a/c and photocopy of payments proof alongwith bank statement will be submitted to the division office every month.8. 10 Nos. Environmental Assistant is required per day for item No. 1, 15 Nos. Environmental Assistant is required per day for item No. 2 and 1 No. plumber is required as & when required for item No. 3.9. The minimum rates quoted by the agency shall not be less than 10% of the Estimated Cost. If the rates quoted are below 10% of the estimated cost, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out rightly as unresponsive. |
