Item No. 1 :- Carefully removal of existing old and damaged polycarbonate sheet from roof of sculpture’s shed near Aamkhas building including unscrewing of J or L hooks, bolts & nuts with washer with necessary scaffolding if required, disposal of unserviceable materials up to a distance of 100 mtr. from work site. The work shall include labour, tools, temporary scaffolding & safe working procedures to avoid any damage to the existing structure or heritage elements etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 2 :- Providing and fitting heavy duty High impact resistance Polycarbonate sheets as per IS standards of not less than 3 mm thickness and co-extruded UV protective layers as per matching with existing pattern and of approved colour from the office over the existing structural frame using self-drilling/self-tapping screws with rubber washers and appropriate fixing accessories for roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with G.I. J hooks, bolts and nuts with compatible silicone or butyl rubber sealants to ensure complete waterproofing. All sheets shall be fixed with correct overlap both longitudinally and transversely to prevent leakage (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses) including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as directed. Note :- The sample of polycarbonate sheets must be approved by A.S.I. official and test reports to be produced withstanding as per IS standards before execution of actual work.

Item No. 3 :- Removal of old paint of existing M.S. angle, M.S. I section (purlins) of roof of sculpture’s shed near Aamkhas building including tools and tackles labours etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 4 :- Providing and applying anti-corrosive paint of Asian make (Red-oxide) to existing M.S. angle, M.S. I section (purlins) of roof of sculpture’s shed near Aamkhas building including all materials labours, tools and tackles etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 5 :- Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade to old structural steel work to existing M.S. angle, M.S. I section (purlins) of roof of sculpture’s shed near Aamkhas building including all materials labours tools and tackles etc. complete as directed.
