| 2 | Fabricated work:Providing Fabrication & erection of steelstructure as perdrawings including materials, consisting of plates, rolled steel joists, channels, angles, chequered plates etc and also rectangular / square hollow steel sections, insert plates in RCC/Brickwork, anchor bolts for steel structure, sleeve pipes, anchor nuts, washers etc, straightening of raw steel if required, fabrication of steel structures with primer and minimum two coats of anti corrosive paint, incuding Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.including preparation of supplementary sketches and detailed bill of materials supply of bolts, nuts, washers, shims, packs, putty. gas, welding electrodes and all other consumables, as required and carrying out surface preparation all complete. The scope includes loading, transportation ,unloading and delivery and erection site of all fabricated structures, alignment and welding of all structures true to line, level, plumb and dimension, including rectification if any, splicing, site assembly all as per technical specifications and drawings, ,all complete . | 3 | BAMBOO ROFING-Description for bamboo roofing bamboo roofing work procuring, fabricating, supplying & installing in position for bamboo roof consisting of following: ccb treated falttern bamboo for top and bottom layer of bamboo roof along with 2 mm bituminous based sheet in between two layers of flattern bamboo as per specification provided in drawing. Providing and fixing proper hardware items like ss roads, screw, wire for fixing the flatten bamboo, and bituminous based sheet etc etc.Providing polish work to all the glattern bamboo both top and bottom with specified polishing material inclusive of all cost of conveyance, transportation labour work and inclusive of other required complementary material.Description for bamboo toilet block 1. Provision for bamboo works for toilet block namely re-erecting the components pre-fabricated for the purpose, with minor adjustments like cutting, sizing, replacing the damaged bamboos inclusive of all labour costs only, including the cost of bamboos, required hardware for fixing structural bamboos together 1.1 structural bamboos for connecting the main structural components,including all charges for conveyance and labour charges, complete for finished item of work 1.2 providing with treated structural bamboos, for the structural purpose of erection of the bamboo structure namely, columns, rafters, horizontal beams, grid beams, bracing supports etc. 1.3 providing polish to all the bamboos for structure and as well as to the secondary structure, including the cost of labour, brushes, base preparation etc with all cost for conveyance etc included, complete for finished work item 1.4 providing with hardware required for the jointing, fixing, bending, erecting for the main bamboo structure, including the cost of ss threaded i-bolts, j-bolts, grub bolts, nuts and dome nuts (ss) and required washers, inclusive of all cost and conveyance charges, complete for finished work (b) roofing (measure top surface of roof area) as per directed by engineer-in-charge |
