Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Add correction factor @ .973 on DSR

Add Cost Index @ 61.00% on DSR 2023 (from S.N. 01 to 7)
