| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ofEnergy Efficient Power Transformer, platformmounted, 33 KV on primary side and 11 KV on Secondary side, capacity 3150 KVA, step down, outdoor type, 50 Hz, AC,double wound core type copper wound,oil immersed,naturally cooled (ONAN) type, with external cooling tubes/fins, winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper as per IEC 60076, transformer delta connection on primary side (33KV) and star connection on secondary side (11 KV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 and having taping at of +5.0 %to -15% in equal steps of2.5% changed by means of On load load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS. Transformer oil shall be as per IS 335:1993. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified inIS 2026, shall be suitable adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site (Dahung). Particular specifications shall be referred for detailed specifications. The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and accessories:- (a) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side with bare bushing. (b) HV bare bushing on 33 KV side. (c) Oil conservator with oil filling hole, cap,drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating silica gel breather with connecting pipe along with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. (e) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device). (f) Air release plug. (g) Shutoff valve between the conservator and bucholz relay. (h) Drain valve with threaded adapter. (j)Filter valve with threaded adapter (Top and bottom). (k) Thermometer pocket alongwith thermometer. (l)Inspection cover. (m) Jacking pads, handling and lifting lugs. (n) Bi-directional Rollers type four Nos. Wheels. (o)Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (p)Extra bushing for neutral brought outside the secondary side for neutral earthing. (q)Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. (r) First filling of transformer oil. (s)Cover lifting eyes. (t) Double float Bucholz relay with trip and alarm contacts. (u) Pressure release valve with one set of trip contact. (v) Magnetic oil level gauge with LLA. (w)Marshalling box containing Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator. (x)Earthing Pads, Monogram plate. (y)150 mm dial type thermometer for oil temperature indicator having range 0-120 degree centigrade vapour pressure type with maximum reading pointer/Max temperature indicator and resetting device with alarm/trip contact and additional contacts for switching on or the cooling fan. (z) Winding temperature indicator 150 mm dia with 2 Sets of contacts alarm + trip. (za) Shut off valve between cooling tubes and tank. (zb)Dial type WTI with A/T contacts. (zc) Dial type OTI with A/T contacts. (zd)Necessary control cables and all other required accessories to connect, Buchholz Relay, WTI, OTI and any othertrip coils with indoor control Panel of 33 KV VCB. (ze) On load tap changer with RTCC and AVR. (zf)The oil temperature and winding temperature gauges shall be housed on a MS boxand size shall be 0.6Mx0.6Mx0.3M with hinged door and having glass 3 mm thick front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. (zg)Platform constructed with PCC/Brick Work and finished with cement plaster in C:M 1:4 all as per manufacturer\"s recommendations including working space all around as per IE Rules-1958. Make of Transformer : VOLTAMP (Vadodara) / Schneider / Alstom / Seimens / ABB LTD / Crompton Greaves. Note No. 1: Contractor shall arrange for factory visit forRep of Accepting Officerto check Routine tests as Per IS: 2026 and including the following:-Note No. 2.The cost etc for testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Note No. 3. Maximum losses of transformer shall not exceedvalues as that for at least three star rating transformer specified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). I.e Maximum allowable losses at 50 % of full load shallbe 0.70 % and Maximum allowable lossesat full load shall be 0.98%. The altitude of 1600 mtrs from sea level to be considered in design of transfomer Note No. 4. The transformer shall be energy efficient type with core made up of high grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) sheets. Scrap CRGO material shall not be used for manufacturing of transformer.Note No 5. Prior to manufacture, the contractor will submit drawing and design details of transformer for approval of GE.Note No 6. After installation of transformer at site, the pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by SEI/EI/Rep of Accepting Officer and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |
