Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding filling and levelling course etc over roof of buildings, mixed with liquid water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions complete including cleaning and preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed. (Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer\"s instructions surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved makes.

Material andLabour for providing roof treatment with 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800 N/5 cm, tearing strength of 180N by torch-on application with minimum 10 cm side over lap & 15 cm end laps applied over and including bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm. A coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 shall be applied over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. The rate quoted by the contractor shall also include taking down and refixing PVC water tanks wherever required, providing additional spout pipes, cutting and mitring the membrane at rainwater pipes, cutting and inserting of membrane into walls/ parapet wall etc as per the site requirement.

Material and labour for applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP roof membrane including preparation of old/new roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
