Note : Old fan shall be deposited to AGE E/M-II store yard and necessary RV enclosed with RAR and final bill.
210	Description all as per item No 36 above but fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm, complete all as specified and directed. 211	Supply and fixing of electric water heater, storage type ABS body with EPAC coated steel inner tank having minimum 8 kg/cm2 pressure bearing capacity and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etccomplete all as specified and directed. Note : Old geyser shall be deposited to AGE E/M-II store yard and necessary RV enclosed with RAR and final bill.
212	Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with a 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, Check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connecting to earthing test point & to main switch board andtesting on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe medium 15 mm bore, and water pipe 20 mm bore GIlight grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, pre cast RCC (1:2:4)type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushedstone aggregate) 75mm thick cover,reinforced with 8mm dia deformed or TMT bars 100mm C/Cboth way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: (i) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item.(ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.(iii) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be re done by contractor at no extra cost.
213	Material and labour for laying, jointing and testing in replacement undergroundXLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty multistranded electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc and connecting with new aluminium lugs including taking out existing unserviceable of any size/ type complete for the following cables of cross sectional area all as directed: Notes:(a)Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.(b)Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses.(c)Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
214	10.0 Sqmm, 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.
215	16.0 Sqmm, 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.
216	25.0 Sqmm, 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.
217	Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable, foundation etcand getting out complete all as specified and directed.
218	Material and labour for sand cushioning & covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
219	Material & labour for sub class B bricks well burnt of size 23 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm for protection of UG cable laid dry flat over the cable width wise across the length of the cable and abutting each other with gap less than 10mm between the adjacent bricks in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
220	Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.
221	Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
222	Supply and laying GI tubing light grade with all fittings and accessories for protection of cables on ploe/ wall or under road crossings including clamps, nuts, bolts etc of size 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.
223	NOTE:- Amount of credit ofRs.99054.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No41 & 42 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
