| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer step down, copper wounded, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV3 phase ,LT 433Volts, 3 phase , 4 wire, 50 HZ, 500 KVA capacity core type double copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, oil naturally Air natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) , in accordance with victor group DYn-11 with natural, brought out on secondary side (LVside) and having tapping at ± 2.5 % & ± 7.5% on HV side to be charged by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be EEL 2 star as perIS 1180 (Part-1) 2014and shall comprises of the following:-(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers.(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands.(c) Oil conservator with filter drain valve and oil level gauge.(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silka Gel)(e)Explosive vent, thermo meter pocket on tank cover. Oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve,lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap, plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. |
| 2 | (f) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermo meter vapour pressure type having range 0- 120 \"C with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices.(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilate fixing of 32x6 mm GI iron strip for earthing of body.(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(j) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.(k) First filling of new andun-used transformer oil,IS-335 Marked of approved make, Filtrated and testedNote :- Transformer shall be tested at factory site for performance test before despatch by the officer detailed by the Accepting Officer and its cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |
| 3 | M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including GI iron strip of size 25x4 mm flat by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers 15cm thickof charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceed ing 50 M, pit cover 40 mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including TMT reinforcement80 mm dia @ 75 mm C/C both way, MS handle of 12 mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and all as directed. |
