Anchor WindlassWindlass inspection to carry out overhaul as per defects, boxed back and satisfactory trial to be shown to shipstaff,brake bands to be opened up for inspection, brake linings(04 nos) to be renewed,port and stbd main pump mechanical seal to be renewed,supply of mechanical seals are vendor\"s scope,Carry out calibration of pressure gauges. Pressure range - 0-210 Bar,port and stbd Hand pump pressure not being developed in manual operation and same to be repaired,Carryout serviceability checks of Hydraulic pack and associated pipelines and valves and greasing lines,repair defective parts, Guillotine roller jammed of both anchor windlass and same to be repaired. winches greasing to be done,All required materials and consumables are in contractor scope,all machining works, welding and brazing works are in contractor scope. satisfactory operationto be showned to ship staff.

Mooring capstanGreasing line of STBD mooring capstan damaged and same to be renewed. Work invoves lifting of warping drum and welding of new line, length 800 mm, dia 10mm, Mat-MS.
