The control panel consists of the following parts: (a) Auto start control module with Auto Mains Failure control module as per latest version. (b) MCCB of adequate rating. (c) Indicating lamps for DG ON, Mains ON, Load on DG, Load on Mains etc.(d) Key switch (e) Set of current transformers and MCBs (f) Controller shall monitor and display the engine speed, oil pressure, coolant temperature, frequency, voltage, current, power factor and fuel level, battery voltage and modules for comprehensive engine and alternator protection, display the array of warning, electrical trip and shutdown alarm. The controller shall provide a record of most recent fault conditions. Fault history stored in the control non volatile memory.
