| 78 | M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforced by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layer of Zn rich epoxy primer as an antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bounding coat of approvedepoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and apprature 75mm,total thickness of guniting n.exc 40mm(avg thickness) in cement mortar 1.2 using OPC 53 Graded cement mixed with polycreate mixture@2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture instrs and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of reqd thickness to give even uniform and smooth finishes confirming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides ,soffits of the slabs,chajja,fins,fascia,parapet,lintels,column,and beam etc complete incl necessary scaffolding,shuttering,chasing to bk work or RCC memebers at G+4 storey building incl removal of all small plant/ trees/shrubs etc.complete as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
