| 1 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV Compact Sub Station of rating 100 KVA, Copper wound outdoor type complete as comprising of the following:-(a) Step down transformer, indoor type, 100 kVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz oil cooled with first filling of oil IS:335 ISI marked filtered and dehydrated transformer oil, including off load tap changer, copper wound,vector group DYN11 with minimum insulation class A, conforming to IS:1180 (Part-I) 2014 EEL-3 with amendment No. 04 and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(b) HT side : 11kV, 630A, Horizontal Draw Out VCB with Manual/230V AC Motor Operated Spring Charging Mechanism with 24V DC Closing /Opening Shunt trip coils, Aux. Switch, Mechanical On/Off Push Button,mechanical Operating Counter with metering Cubical, Auxiliary Relay, Battery Power Pack with 7AH Battery & in built charger for 24V Circuit. Potential Transformer – 3 Phase cast resin of ratio 11kV/110V, Class-0.5, 100VA with HT Primary Fuses. Current Transformer –Cast resin Ratio: 40/20/5+5A, Core1:Cl.0.5, 15VA,Core2:Cl.5P10, 15VA.ProtectionNumerical 2OC + 1EF Relay, Micro Processed based Non-Directional IDMT.Indication LampsVCB off / on / auto trip/ Trip circuit healthy/spring charge indication, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(c) LT side : 4 pole MCCB 200A 36 kA magnetic release based with over current and short circuit protection, multifunction meter, 200A/5A LTCT CI: 1.0, Space Heater with ON/OFF Switch and Thermostat, Single phase switch with socket, LT Cubical illumination Lamp with Door Limit switch and MCB’s for AC / DC Control, MS Steel Sheet enclosure suitable for Outdoor Installation with MS base channel. Provision for receiving Incoming cables thro Bottom entry and out going through Bus bar to Trf panel, Excluding Termination Kit & Glands. Provision for receiving Incoming through bus duct by bus bar and Outgoing through cable box bottom entry Excluding Termination Kit & Glands, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.Note : 1. (i) The cost of foundation and plinth as recommended by manufacturer is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) BEE star rating of equipment not less than 3.2. (i) As per notification S.O. 5337 (E) dt 09 Dec 2024 issued by “MOP” after not less than 4. (ii) Makes of various equipments in CSS shall be approved make of E-in-C\"s Br / CESC / CE Jodhpur Zone or any other command / ADGs as per OEM instructions and shall be approved by GE before execution. |

| 7 | Material and labour for GI strip laid in trenches/fixed on wall of size 32 mm x 6 mm laid for inter connecting/extension in earthing including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply, fixing and lay of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable OH conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |

| 13 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
