| 1 | Repairs andservicing of HT 11 KV VCB/RMUof current rating upto 630Amps capacity type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following work :- (i)Cleaning/ decarbonising of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc, (ii)Adjust the trolley in and out mechanism.(iii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, automatic shuttering system, necessary brazing, turning, polishing of main and auxiliary contact, demoisturing of insulators, etc to be done(iv) Checking all end terminals, tighting the nut bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, draw-in the breaker, put in position, engage theVCB/RMU with the supply systemand testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Note 1 :- Cost of unserviceable spare parts such as EFR, Aux relays, Vaccum interrupters, Fixed/Moving contacts, Battery backup etc. will be measured and paid under respective items.Note 2 :-Primary/Secondary injection Test Kit and Insulation testing equipmentshall be arranged by the contractor and rate deemed to be included the unit rate. |

| 7 | Supply and Replacement of unserviceable Battery 12 Volts 150 AH including taking down unservisable battery complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 8 | Disconnection and removing old unserviceable Power Pack unit, supply, installation & commissioning of Power Pack Input 230 V AC, Output 12 V DC suitable for 11 KV HT VCB/RMU Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Topping up / complete renewal of transformer oil having breakdown strength not less than 60 KV/Min for oil cooled Transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Supply and replace the silica gel for transformer of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Supply and Fix new Transformer Tap changer made of Brass/Copper material for regulating LT volage suitable for existing Transformer of any capacity including disconnection and removing unserviceable transformer tap changer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 12 | Disconnection and taking down the Transformer of any capacity from the existing position and transporting to work shop and opening the outer cover, draining out the oil and lifting the core along with winding, finding the faulty /burnout primary and secondary winding and rewinding with fine enameled insulated copper winding of same size/guage, turns keeping in hot air oven till the moisture evoporates, reassembling the transformer parts such as core, winding, outer cover, refilling back the Transformer oil complete and transporting back to its original position and reconnecting the LT/HT cable connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. |
