| 170 | Micro-Concrete: Provide and apply single-component, free-flowing, non-shrink cementitious microconcrete at a water-to-powder ratio of 0.15. The microconcrete should have a fresh wet density of 2200 kg/m³ at 27°C and an unrestrained expansion of 1 to 4% as per ASTM C827. It must achieve a flowable consistency and compressive strength of not less than 10 N/mm² after 24 hours, 35 N/mm² after 7 days, and 45 N/mm² after 28 days at 30°C. The cured microconcrete shall be free from metallic aggregates and chlorides, and it must be shrinkage-compensated in the plastic state. Payment will be based on the consumed dry material of the microconcrete mix. |
| 171 | DRY MIX CONCRETE: Providing and laying self compacted ready mix DRY Mix cement concrete in position manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work ,manufactured as per approved mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions, improve retention and workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge (for all locations, levels, heights and depths) including bonding agent at construction joint grade of concrete M-40 |
