Layered Application: The system is applied in two main layers, a base coat and a finish coat, on top of the prepared court walls. Total Thickness: The overall finished thickness of the hard plaster system is typically 12-13 mm. Specialized Additives Quartz Sand: A specific type of sand will be used for its properties and to create a hard, durable surface.Sika Latex: Used as a bonding agent in the base coat to enhance adhesion and strength.Fibers: Other types of fibers are incorporated to add strength and prevent cracking. Specialized Materials: Unlike conventional plastering, this system uses specialized materials and additives that contribute to the unique performance characteristics of a squash court wall.
