Taking down existing water proofing treatment from top of RCC/arch slab, including PCC Padding or plaster or brick tilesand hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as spefied and directed.

M& Lfor PCC padding 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stoneaggregate) finished fair and even without using extra cement on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof mixed with water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufacturer\"s instructions surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specifiedand directed (Note :-WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule ‘A’ here-in-after).

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete surfaces and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed by evenly a track coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using with 85/25 grade industrial bitumen , over it laid with APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane with non-woven polyester reinforced of weightnot less than 3 kg per Sqm unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction andapplying over it a tack coat using with 85/25 grade industrial bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymericwater proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.200 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for cleaning ofconcrete of plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end lapse 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown between @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing PCC tiles of size (200x200mm)and (20-22mm) thick machine made laid on 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar. The joint of the tiles shall be grouted and flush pointed with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B1 (20 mm gradedaggregate) as , in lintels upto1.5m clear span,cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as complete all as specified and directed.
