Providing and fixing 12 mm thick flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) :

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement basedpolymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

EXTERIOR FINISHINGFinishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications:Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade.
