Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing & laying of rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick.composed of 13.2-5.6mm Aggregates either using penetration grade bitumin or emulsion to required line,grade and levelto serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base ,i/c mixing in a suitable plant ,laying & rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN Static roller capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by Mechenical means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

P/laying of Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick i/c reflecting glass beads @250Grams/sqm area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015.the finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and wholes.rates are inclusive of all taxes,royalty etc.all t&P,material and labour for completion of the work.(803)
