5	Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment\"s like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length forsetting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method dulythrough all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. 7	Laying the Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement Four sand and Eight brokenMachine crushed stone jelly) using HBGMachine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for foundation and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., including laying,compacting curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The rates inclusive of Centering ,shuttering, strutting, propping,removal of form work if it is required and all leads ,liftsetc..
8	Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including \"C\" & \"U\" clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.For column etc.

Rate shall include for providing GI mesh of nominal thickness at the junctions of masonry and concrete works to a width of 100 to 125mm including tying in position with suitable clamps/screws. 19	Supplying and laying precast Rubber Moulded hydraulically pressed cement concrete paver block with pattern design of 50% colour and 50% Plain made of M40 grade concrete-83 mm thick of approved quality and colour, over the fillingmanufactured sand to 50 mm thick, levelling and compacting with plate vibrator and laying of the inter locking paving blocks with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator of 3 tonne capacity finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges including all labour, materials, transportation, shifting etc.,complete, as directed by theEngineer-in-charge.

30	Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. 32	TERRACEWATERPROOFING:Supply and laying water proofing treatment for terrace covering the following order andconsisting of following operations.i) Making \" V \" grooves at the construction joints of size20 x 20 mm and filling the \"V\" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement.The roof slab / gutter slabshall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats not less than 2 mm of polymer based Elastomeric Coating like TAPECRETE - RTU compound and cured for 7 daysand followed by a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO:1 (or) other approved equivalent make shallbe spread over the prepared surface. The parapet side wall / gutter wall shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove all dust particles and a layer of 15 mm thick C.M 1:3 shall be laid to a height of about 300 mm above the top of the terrace/Gutter slab on the Parapet / Gutter side wall admixed with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1or approved equivalent make. Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation as per manufacturer\"s specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Plan area of Terrace only will be measured for payment )
33	WPC Door frame : Specification: Providing factory made Pre Laminated WPC Door Frame of the size 100 X 60mm with a Density of 900 kg/cum wall thickness of 11mm made out of 70% of virgin polymers, 15% of mineral fibers and rest 15% of additives and requisite chemicals. with 6nos of 5mm long screw. 34	Providing & fixing at site Flush door shall be of 32.0mm Commercial grade flush door with 1.0mm lamination on both the sides, and central portion to have 8.0mm plain float glass to be fixed with help of teak wood beadings. The Door is to be fixed to existing wooden partition/wall with heavy duty 5\" Stainless Steel hinges, and shall have godrej Or equivalent mortice lock. All the edges of the door to be covered with 35 x 12 mm Teak wood beadings, The cost shall include Frame of 1st class Teak wood Frame of 150mm x 50 mm, all labour, materials, mortice lock, tower bolt inside, door stopper, Door Closer strictly as per the given design & drawing etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
35	Providing and fixing at site 12.0mm toughened glass fixed glazing to be fixed with SS patch fittings at the site including filling of silicon sealant at all edges, gaps, wherever necessary as per the site condition, all materials, labour etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
