Supply and Fixing of VALLEY GUTTER (600mm to 1000mm girth) made with 2.00mm thick Galvanized sheets of approved make like Jindal / Tata / Bhushan steel or equivalent make approved by Engineer (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer incharge matched to existing shape) with Zinc coating 120gsm both sides as per IS:277 in 250mpa steel grade, 5 to 7microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet. This shall be fixed using self drilled screws where ever specified by Engineer representative of size 5.5x55 mm with EPDM seal of CORRO SHIELD or equivalent make. The Joints shall be welded and properly sealed with sealing compounds etc., making required holes for connecting rain water pipes. The scope of work also includes removal of existing damaged Valley Gutter line and useful material hand over to Department and dispose the waste material at specified places complete all as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of all over laps)(Item includes fixing of rubber sheets to the existing gutter flat bar supports and the available rubber sheets/sleeves of various thickness will be supplied by HSL, but loading, unloading and cutting of required shapes is under contractor scope)

Supply of 150mm dia GI pipe & Funnel, bent to shape, fix in position, weld, by enlarging the existing hole in the gutter and seal with M-seal or any approved epoxy based sealent to the exisitng valley gutters of shop and connect the existing MS down take pipe by a 150mm dia flexible pipe all as shown in the drawing attached at Tender Technical Specification (TTS) (Note:The nature of work is to be carriedout at 10.0M to 40.0M from the Ground level)

Supply & fix the 160 mm / 6 inch dia unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382 of approved make Sudhakar / Supreme / Astrol including flexible pipes of required size and connected the same to existingvalley gutters and making leak proof joints with necessary adhesives complete all as directed. (Item includes removal of old damaged pipes and dispose the serviceable material at scrap yard) (Note:The nature of work is to be carriedout at 10.0M to 40.0M from the Ground level)

Supply, Fabricate and Fixing of Structural steel work using MS Angles as brackets for Gutters and down take pipes, including two coat of anticorrosive paint over one coat of primer complete all as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Supply and fixing of pre coated, Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Roofing sheets (Size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge). 0.50mm total coated thickness (TCT). Zinc Aluminium alloy coating AZ 150 as per IS27/ASTM 1379 in 550Mpa steel grade, painted with Silicon Modified Polyster 18-22 microns on top 5-8 microns Eproxy primer at bottom side of the sheet from Jindal / Bushan STeel . The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws @500mm c/c along the length of purlins and wherever specifiedby engineer of size (5.5mmX55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/ BUILTEX/ HILTI. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of end and side laps of sheet, tape, sealer and closures and removal of old damaged galvalume sheets carefully , and handed over to good conditioned sheet to Dept.). Complete as directed. (Note:The nature of work is to be carriedout at 10.0M to 40.0M from the Ground level)

Supply and fixing of Trapezoidal profiled 2mm thick poly corbonate Roofing sheets (Size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge). The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws @500mm c/c along the length of purlins and wherever specifiedby engineer of size (5.5mmX55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/ BUILTEX/ HILTI etc., (Quoted rate shall inclusive of removal of old damaged sheets).Complete as directed. (Note:The nature of work is to be carriedout at 10.0M to 40.0M from the Ground level)
