| 5 | Note for Sl item No. 1 to 4(i)The operation consists of one (01) shift in a day on all days including sundays and holidays and shift timingsfrom 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs.(ii)Daily checking of complaint register and attending complaint, complaint book should be supplied by the Contractor to the electrician at his own cost and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.(iii)Duty roster / Attendance register should be maintained by the contractor for each shift and submit the same before processing the RAR\"s.(iv)The Operator should aware of working of electrical apparatus such as Transformers, DG Sets , motors, Servo stabilizers, water pumps, ACs etc.(v)Tools like cutting player, LT Gloves, Earthing rod, drill machine, tester, clamp meter or any electrical equipment required for complaint rectification should be supplied by the contractor to the electrician at his own cost and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.(vi)The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off, leave, holidays etc allas per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible.The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule \"A\"/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (vii) Providing services of electrician / mate at islands as directed by Engr- in-chargeas as perrequirement for which nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (viii) The cost of conveyance charges from one to another Islandfordeployment of man power providedshall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(ix) The itemsrequired to ensure efficient maintenanceshall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items as supply only rates. |
| 6 | (X) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies etc as applicable including GST. (xi) The prevailing rate, wage, contribution etc shall be as appicable as on the bid submission end date.(xii) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account.The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by State Govt or Central Govt whichever is more.(xiii) Contractor shall keep in mind while \"quoting\" Quoted rate incluides fair wages, EPF, ESIC , Bonus, GST, LWC and contractor\"s profit. (xiv) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department if requires. |
