The unit shall be fabricated with frame work hollow extruded aluminium profile with 0.80 mm precoated GSS on outside and on inside complete with 25 mm thick Chloroflouro Carbon (CFC) free Polyurthane Frame (PUF) insulation of minimum 40 kg/cum density sandwiched in between inner and outer skins, SS -304 (18 g) Sump tank, 25mm C-PVC piping, make up, drain & quick fill and drain connection, Butterfly/Gate valves for pumps, make up, drain & quick fill and drain connections of sump, 2 no. Pumps of suitable capacity and necessary fittings, stand, anti vibration pads etc.as required. |

| 4 | MODIFICATIONS IN COOLER PLATFORM: It includes cutting of Guardrails, Size: Length: 9 Feet x Width: 8 Feet and Height: 3 Feet approx. made up of hollow rectangular section (Size: 50 mmx 30 mm), Material: Steel, Total nos. Cutting Points: 18,Equipmentplatform using appropriate Tools/Machinary as per requirement andwithout damaging the basic structure of Equipment Platform and refitting of removed portion of Guardrails (if required) by welding joints complete as required for the safe installation of new Evaporative cooling plant in place of old Air Cooler. |
| 5 | LIFTING AND POSITIONING OF EVAPORATIVE AIR COOLING PLANT: Lifting and Shifting of Old (Existing) and positioning of Newly supplied Evaporative Air Cooler (Max. Lifting Height: 20 Feet above Ground Level) using hydraulic crane or Chain Pully on existing Fabricated Platform complete as required |
| 6 | CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF AIR DUCT: Cleaning of air duct parts i.e. Plenum, Main Duct, Branch Duct etc. from inside by using agitation devices like brush, Vaccum cleaner, Compressed Air Nozzles, Water Jet Spray nozzles, including dismantling and refitting of false ceiling tiles and Supply Air Grills to create the access for cleaning of Air duct from inside and disinfection of complete air duct using recommended disinfectant solutions and complete as required |
