Failing which contractor shall liable to pay a penal recovery of Rs. 5000/- per week, levied on the dues of contractor, subject to maximum up to 10% of the work done/CA Amount whichever is higher.(d)The contractor shall obtain approval of “Qualified Tradesman” as per condition 26 of IAFW-2249 before commencement of work at site and shall have sufficient manpower such as Electrician / FGM / Technicianetc., readily available to meet the site requirement during emergency situation as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(e) The quoted rates shall be inclusive of cost of necessary Tools, Plants, Safety Equipments, Machinery etc., as per site requirement. |

System shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked and report shall be submitted to the Engr-in- Charge.(ii) DC back up source will be maintained by applying white petroleum jelly, checking/servicing of batteries incl toping up of distilled water etc as applicable. (iii) Apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits, all break down calls for the systems covered under the contract shall be attended Including Sunday and holidays.(iv) Cost of all the minor spares (including Inverter Transfromer) to put the UPS in working condition shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted complete however supply and fix major componants / Spares shall be measured and paid under relvent Items of this schedule.(v) Response time during normal working hours shall not be more than 4 Hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall be maximum 48 hrs, based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and boards.(vi) Standby UPS of similar capacity shall be provided by the contractor on site till the repair of UPS Transport/rent of the same shall be born by the contractor during the contract period and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include this aspect complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. |
