| 2 | Note: [a] The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same:Terminal Arrangement:[i] HV & LV Side: Cable Box,[ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side.[iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. Transformer Oil shall be got tested.[iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [b] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil,[c] Provision of Brick Masonry Platform for Transformer with Brickwork with old size Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation with 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate, PCC flooring with 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate,over a sub base of 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate over approved earth filling and rendering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick over brick walls and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
