| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioningstep down transformer, 11/.433 KV, copper wound, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, plateform mounted, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, Level-2,LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to ±7.5% with step ± 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes on LT and bushings on HT side complete in all respects with standard accessories Dyn -11 connection of capacity 400 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed. Salient features of transformer are as under:-(a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled cooper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cool tank compete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS 335 of 1993. the temperature of oil shall not rise more than 40 degree centigradeand 45 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint as per IS-632. Transformer must have ratings of Energy efficient level-2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer and tested as per latest verision of IS codesIS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with 1,2,3 or latest amendment.(b) The following standard accessories shall also be provided :-(i) Rating and diagram plate(ii)Earthing terminals 2 Nos(iii) Lifting lugs(iv) Thermometer pocket(v)Air release hole with plug (vi) Tap changer with locking provision(vii) Conservator with oil indicator.(viii) C.I. Rollers with locking provision.(ix) Silica Gel breather complete. (x)MS terminal box both on HT and LT site.(xi) Oil temperature indicator with maximum & minimum temperature rise indicator.(xii) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects.(xiii) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4\" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug,(xiv) Oil filling hole (1-1/4\" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator)(xv)Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. Note:- Transformer drawing shall be got approved by Rep ofAccepting Officer before placing of order. |
| 2 | Supply, installation, including design of Trolley for installation of 400 KVA distribution transformer consisting of mild steel flat size 3.2 mtr (length) x 2.2 mtr (width) having minimum load carrying capacity 2.5 Ton, out door type, protection fencing of height 2.0 Mtr made out of square wire mesh size 2\"x2\" wire size 2.25 mm anchoring with 50mmx50mmx5mm thick angel iron and MS Channel 75mmx40mm including suitable door with hinges and locking arrangement duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, four Nos Eicher Wheels with suitable load springs, channels and suitable towing hook rotation bearing with standard fittings complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories:-(a)Trolly should be made of MS steel and should be provided with four wheels.(b)Chassis of suitable size should be fabricated with MS channel and the platform made of MS cheqered plate 6mm thick welded at the bottom.(c)Frame of trolly shall be of size 3200mm x 2200mm x 2000 mm suitable for 400 KVAtransformer size.(d)Wire mesh 10 SWG up to height 2000mm welded to side walls(e)Rear door shall be fixed by Hinges and locking arrangement(f) Axle (2 Nos double end)(g)Rim (4 Nos) 7.50 x 16 with tubeless tyres incl a spare Rim with tubeless tyre.(h)Suspension with spring leaf 04 Nos. (j) GI sheet for Roofing. (k)Screw jack - 04 Nos.(l)All the metal parts of trolley shall be painted with two coats of sky blue enamel paint over red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surface.(m)Danger noticeboard background red paint and letters white colour shall be provided on both side of the trolley.(n) Tyre Puncture kit - 01 Set Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, earth terminals etc. (ii)Trolley drawing shall be got approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE before placing of purchase order. |
