| 3 | (b) To carry out the periodical maitenace of AC plant if necessary for effective functioning. (c) The contractor shall be responsible for proper functioning of all electrical/mechanical equipment and maintain the same in sound condition to aviodthe accident and breakdown.(d) Routine checks necessary for satisfactory running the above plant and cooling tower complete all as diected by Engineer-in-charge.(e)Topping up of gas in case of leakage,compressor oil refill,descaling,repair to compressor, Condensor, motor,pump electrical panel,water supply valves,leakage,leaking refrigerant valves etc. (f) To attend the breakdown during day and night including holiday and putting the plant in working condition in shortest possible time and including suffiecient stock of spares avilable always to insure smooth and regular functioning of AC plant .The employee shall required to keep their own T&P to attend the fault/break down in quick succession also contractor require to provide PVC insulation tape roll /Teflon tape roll,rubber gasket& safety equipments etc. (g) Major Spares parts & Gas etc shall be measured &paid under respective item of this schedule. (j) Contractor should provide skilled man power for comprensive maintenance ie01 FGM for two daysand 02Helpers for two days per everymonth. (k)Contractor shall submit Monthly general servicing reportduly signed by the contractors rep, Concerned JE & Engr-in-charge.For not carrying general servicing a penalty of twice the quoted rate will be recovered from the contractor.Major items for repair shall be paid under relevant items of this schedule.(l)Contractor will submitt his registered Email ID within 15 days of acceptance to this office for intimating to complaint. b) Complaint or instruction not followed by the contractor will infrom by Email and contractor is libile to attained the same within 24 Hrs after receiving the First mail. c) If contractor fails to attaind and rectify the complaint within 24 Hrs he is liabale to penalty of Rs200 per Hrs till the completeion/ rectification of complaint/ instruction. |
