| 9 | Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25 X 25 X 22 cm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof with grey cement and pigments over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Material and labour for preparation of roof top surfaces providing and applying UV stable single component smart care damp proof ultra in a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proffing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflective index of 106 on top of concrete roof surfaces in three coat including self primer at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 and coverage @ 1ltr/1Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron, the vital physcial and chemical parameter shall be as under min elongation at breck of 350%, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bras, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm at 650 microns. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in-charge/consultant and as per manufacturer instructions. |
