Comprehensive maintenance of existing server based IP PBX/SIP wi-fi intercomsystem/CCTV system for lifts as per site installed at Naraina Vihar, Rangpuri,Carriappa Vihar, SP Marg, Todapur and Mohan Enclave by regularly and systematically examining for smooth functioning and servicing of all phones, server and other connected items including repair replacement of defective partsand make system fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Period - 1 monthNotes :-(i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of intercom system.(ii) Retreived items are property of OEM.(iii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing phone system/CCTV system or as per site requirement by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment.(iv)The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing intercom and CCTVsystem at site by regularly and systematically examining for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. (iv) Contractor should send telephone mechanic/technician to attend/ rectify the complaints for all the locations during 0800 Hrs to 1800 Hrs as and when complaint is lodged for breakdown on call basis for any Nos of times duringthe month as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
