| 1 | Supply, install, commissioning and testing of Transformer of capacity 315 KVA, Step down Outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT, 11KV 3 Phase, LT 433V, 3 Phase, 4 wire copper wound Energy efficiency Level 2 with maximum total loss not exceeding 955 Watts at 50% load and 2750 Watts at 100% loadwith off load tap changer in 7 steps of 2.5% for range +/- 7.5% step down outdoor type on HT side to very secondary voltage within limit all as per IS-1180 : 2014 (Amendment No 4 of Mar 2021) transformer shall be of oil immersed naturally cooled type (ONAN) complete including dismantling and taking out from position transporting and deposited to AGE E/M Store Yard consisting following specifications complete all as specified and as directed :-(a) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought on bushing.(b) Oil level gauge indicating oil level minimum and maximum.(c) lifting lugs.(d) Drain cum sampling valve.(e) Thermometer pocket.(f) Oil filling hole with cover.(g) Dehydrating breathing device.(h) Rating and terminal marking plates.(j) One cable box HV side consisting porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with bushing rods, nuts, bolts inside cable end box.(k) One cable box LV side consists of 4 Nos of brass bushing rods with nuts, bolts with two nos of cable glands of suitable size.(l) Explosion vents.(m) Air relief valve plug.(n) Initial filling to transformer oil confirming to IS-335 with Break down value at least 50KV. |

| 5 | M&L in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts andwashers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe lightgrade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including exluvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr.(ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc.shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.(iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover. |
