Providing and fixing of maintenance free, dust and moisture free, Engineering plastic injection molding Cooler Body, Cooling pad- 4D honey combo cellulose wet pad with anti bacterial resins fibre body ducting air coolerwith suitable DP enclosure mounted in a cubical panels of following specification: Air flow 18000 CMH, Cooling area 1500 sqft (with 50 feet line up ducting), Motor-Inverter high torque motor 220 to 240 Volt50 Hz, 1.1 Kw (single phase single speed turbo axial fan) with 1400 RPM., Air pressure 180 P.A., Water tank capacity 35 Ltr. Air outlet size 670 mm x 670 mm. etc as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of angle iron frame of suitable size for placing of duct cooler made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick angle iron including making of stand as duly painted as per site requirement and installation of duct cooler, as per direction of Engg-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) and finishing the same as required.

Supplying and making of duct through 24 Gauge GSS sheet of size 0.65 X0.65, ducting will fix through high quality material/gaskets etc as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of the heavy duty and manually air controlling louvers/ shutters complete with matelic frame as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing of 20 mm nominal outer dia chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plains& brass threaded fittings, valves i/c jointing as required

Providing and placing of4 layer polyethylene (PVC) water storage tank (ISI Marked) of 500 Ltr capacity with cover and suitable lacking arrangement and making necessaryholes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipeswith fitting etc as required, Syntex make

Cutting the wall for making the opening for cooler duct from outside to inside i/c making good the damage plaster and painting etc as required. For maximum cutting of wall up to 01 Sq mtr as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire
