| 1 | Dismantling old plaster of any finish and thickness including raking out joints and cleaning the surface with hard brush for plaster fromexternal walls/ceilingupto12 Meter heights & at all locations etc., manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials/rubbish to the dumping area with all lead & lift as directed by EIC including providing all labour, tools, tackles, machinary and scaffoldingetc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the EIC.NOTE: 1. The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. Incase of any damage, the same shall be made good by providing & laying standard bricks with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including plastering with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on the inner face. No additional payment will be made on this account. No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster/ brick work if any will be made. Contractor must visit work site and acquaint himself with the condition of building before quoting the rates.2. Contractor has to make & provide all necessary arrangement for dismantling of Junction boxes, cables, Bulkhead fitting from the wall before dismantling of plaster & will have to re-installation of the same as before after plastering and nothing extra will be paid on this account. |

| 3 | Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm for all kind of soil in depth but exceeding 450 mm in width including getting out and refilling the soil as required includingconsolidating by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil to the dumping area with all lead & lift as directed by EIC including providing all labour, tools, tackles, machinary and scaffoldingetc complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. |
| 4 | 20 mm thick Cement Plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and a top layer 8 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) finished on exterior masonry and concrete surfaces upto 12 Meter heights & at all locations etc. including supplying and addingintegral liquid waterproofing compound suitable for plaster like Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+/Fosroc Conplast WL or equivalant in required proportions as per manufacturers specifications in mortar, making grooves of required size at joints and wherever required, cleaning the surfaces, hacking if required, providing & applying neat cement punning before plastering, curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per the specifications & as directed by the EIC. |
| 5 | Making plinth protection 80 mm average thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary levelling, dressing , finishing the top smooth, curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. |
| 6 | Providing & fixing 22 gauge Chicken wire mesh at between junctions of column/beam and walls, 150-300 mm wide (as directed by EIC) fixed with U nails @ 150 mm centre to centre before plastering the junction, including cutting to the shape, providing U nails, fixing in position at all height & location, required scaffolding etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. |
| 7 | Providing and applying wall finishing with Premium acrylic smooth exterior painthaving VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives of approved brand including applying two or more coat (applied @ 1.43ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including prepartion of surface, scrapping, filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of paint splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
