ISI certified High visibility warning garments or Reflective safety jackets conforming tospecification no. IS 15809:2017 or latest, with synthetic slides fasteners : Type of garment- Class-2, Safety Vest. Colour : High visibility Fluorescent orange-red:1093 nos & Fluorescent Yellow :407 nos in various sizes (S,M,L, XL, XXL, XXXL) as per enclosure. Two Patch pockets on both sides with Patch pocket Size (in cm): - 15 x 15 same as Garment color -. Overall blend composition: - Polyester 65 + / - 3 % and Cotton 35%. Width of retro reflective material (minimum)-50mm. Vertical and horizontal retro reflective strips of 50 mm width that can sustain minimum 50 wash, at jacket all around on front and back as per attached IS 15809:2017 or latest & Attacheddrawing ( FIG. 1 Example for Class 2 Vests mentioned in Annexure B, clause 5.2.2 of IS:15809 and reference drawing attached for logo locations in the vest), with printed reflective logo of Indian Railway with Font size of at least 6 inch diameter or 20 cm X 15 cm on back side on the vest and two labels of size 5cm X 15 cm at front side of vest- Label 1: Southern Railway & Label 2: Track Machines. Zipper: Plastic/Nylon/ Vislon, Normal open end, Type \"C\", Heavy (H) designation and auto lock type in orange colour matching with background Material, confirming to IS:1418 1 (Part-I)/2002 with amendment No.1 & 2 and tested as per IS:14181 (Part-II)/2002 or latest. Marking & Information on each piece: As per IS 15809:2017 [i]. Care Label : Cleaning (Washing/Dry Cleaning) instructions shall be indicated .
