| 1 | Material and labour for preparation of surface byscrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles/existing vegetation/roots etc with wire brushes and removing any type of of existing roof treatment in any layer alongwith existing plaster so as to reach up to top of RCC roof slab complete in all repsect,filling of cracks with smart care Hybrid PU Sealent wherever required and for rendering plastering work 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surface and finishing the surface without using extra cement for application of roof treatment (A) Apply first coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 MPa and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure , reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution as primming coat.(b) Laying of fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weaven in leno pattern having weight 45 gm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry.(c) Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.450 ltr/Sqm (d) Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.450Ltr/Sqm in color combination/ cameoflauging pattern as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done Authorised applicator only/ or in presence of authorised rep. Certificate in this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge. Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit or any other object as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor. |

| 4 | Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4over Stone /brick/concrete wall surfacesfinishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement from top of roof level/parapet wall upto chajja level including scaffolding for plastering works complete all as spd and directed. Note : The rate quoted by conractor shall be inclusive of scaffolding upto G+1 height of building. |
| 5 | Preparation of new plastered surfacesandMaterial & Labour for applying Two or more coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint(1st Quality) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, over and including priming coat of exterior primer of same make on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Height of Bldg : any height(b) Exterior acrylic emulsion paint shall be anit-fungal, dust resistant, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof type 1st Quality. |
| 6 | Material and labour for preparing damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 furnished even & smooth all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Rate for form work if required to be including in the rate quaoted by the contractor. |
