Annual Maintenance Contract forthe Complete operation & Maintenance of 33/11 KV, 11KV/440 volt Transformer; HT- LT, RMU & other Panels, ATS, DG Set, Substation, RO system, STP, WTP, SCADA System, HVAC system, RO system and Internal & External Steel lighting, electrical Installations, plumbing, civil, drain, carpenter, painting, welding etc. as per assigned by engineer in charge with required mandatory minimum manpower as mentioned in table -01 at Indian Institute of Management Jammu as per the scope of work, electrical installation & general scope of work, operational scope of work and all other as per tender documents. Dismantled spares shall be deposited in the maintenance office of the Institute.
