The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.(b.)The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) Work will be strictly executed by mechnised means/tools as required for smart periodical services i.e. vacuum based sanding machine,mechanical mixer,grinder, roller etc).(d) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary steel/wooden scafolding and from work as required upto 12m height building. |
