Inspection and Revalidation of Fall Protection Lifeline System at roof top having height upto 30m including visual check of entire system, check & reset line tension (if necessary), check all fabrication post to observe any damage, check the gripping of steel cable within the tensioner, check the sliding feature of the trolley for smooth movement, check steel cable for any loose strand hindering the movement of the trolley, check in conjunction with PPEs used, load test with 3kN on anchor device and ensuring load bearing upto 6kN with necessary means, tightening the connectors or nut-bolt, cleaning the lifeline and joints etc. Rate is including hire charges of all tools & tackles, cost and conveyance of machineries, making safety arrangements, PPEs, safety ladders, arranging permit to work, labour, etc. excluding cost of spare parts (if replacement is needed, which will be paid separately). Copy of one report shall be furnished along with certificate of the system. Photograph of damaged component, if any, shall be enclosed in report.
