Delays are liable to penalties Rs. 1000/- per day & @ Rs. 2000/- per day delay more than 7 Days.(h) Contractor is solely responsible for any defect or after working situation arises, take leaving fresh water tap open or throwing of debris through window or shaft, Penalty levied as mentioned above.(j) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:-(i) 1st Time-Rs 2000/-(ii) 2nd Time- Rs 5000/-(iii) 3rd Time-Warning to contractor and ban for poor performence. (iv) Disciplinary action as deemed fit by the Aceepting Officer. (v) After painting cleaning of all floors, glass and Furniture.(vi)(i) Complaint registered upto 11:00 AM & Emergency complaint to be attended on thesame day. (vii)Supervisor will collect keys form complaint Cell. Contractor shall deploy minimum2 teams having sufficient number of carpentes, plumbers, masons, painter, electriciab etc. to carry out repaie /maint work in fixed fine duration after receipt of complaint. |
