(a) Term Contract for E&M Works for Technical Buildings at Kolar for the period of one year as per DSR (E&M)-2025. (b) Contractor to quote percentage only in the space provided here-on-above. Works shall be measured against items listed in DSR, priced at rates given in DSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. In case of non DSR items market rates with rate analysis will be considered and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.(Note: The bidder are required to quote their rates plus (+) or Minus (-) in percentage over DSR (E&M)-2025 items)
